So as yet another Thanksgiving comes to an end we think about what we are truly thankful for.
It is easy to say that my family is my everything and I am so so thankful for all of them. From my husband and my kids to my mom, my dad, my brothers, my in laws, and countless aunts, uncles and cousins. Let’s just say I have a huge family and married into an even bigger one.
My family really is everything to me though. My husband is a pain in the butt most days but I wouldn’t trade him for anything, he puts up with my craziness 365 days a year. My daughter Ella makes me crazy some times but she really is me 20 years ago.
Mark is a spit fire and you never really know what is going to come out of his mouth. He is so independent and sometimes I can’t help but watch him. I am so thankful for him and teachings me new things every day.
Liam is my happy baby and I am very thankful so have such an awesome little boy. He is my snuggler and I am very thankful that I get to have a snuggle bug, my other 2 were not that way. He always makes things funny and keeps everyone happy.
Now something I am truly happy and very very thankful for, my dad. I can not remember ever getting to spend a Thanksgiving with him. This year we moved him from New York to Wisconsin just for these moments.
So I am very thankful that he decided to leave his WHOLE family to move closer to his kids and grandkids, words will never be able to express how truly thankful I am for him.
Thanksgiving is really a day for family and that is definitely what today was for us. Getting to eat at noon with my mom, step dad, brothers, niece and nephew, sister in law, and her family. Then dinner, at my house with my dad and step mom and the my husband’s parents. All in all it was a great day and I can’t wait till next year but first CHRISTMAS!!!!!
I CAN’T WAIT!!
